chronobiology
it's the 10th day of my circle and i can feel the energy. it's growing.
based on my past observation and current blog notes, i can predict that the energy will start going down on the last 10 days. at the beginning of this part, i still have the habitual reaction while energy fades, so i might get confused then eventually hazy in the last 5 days.
